The new dance studio Turning Pointe Dance Center needed a logo and basic brand identity. The studio is focussed on wellness as a foundation for dance. I collaborated with the founder and lead dance instructor to create a logo and identity system.
Logo, Brand Identity
I created a wordmark logo to communicate a sense of elegance. Playing with the idea of turning, I flipped the 'R' in 'Turning'. It's clear that the R has been rotated, highlighting the pun, but the wordmark is still legible. I then created a repeating pattern using the 'R' that can be applied to a wide variety of collateral.
